Are these prices reasonable?

We have now reached the painting work and have a quote. The following net prices are the basis:

Priming walls and ceilings: €1.80/sqm
Spackling and sanding drywall ceilings and walls 3-4 times: €2.50/sqm (Why 3 to 4 times?)
Textured wallpaper and dispersion paint: €7.65/sqm
Priming screed, coating with liquid screed and sanding: €8.50/sqm
Gluing design flooring: €12.50/sqm
Spackling, sanding and applying 2 coats of silicate paint on ceilings and walls in bathrooms with silicate filler: €8.90/sqm
Laminate (installation only): €6.30/sqm

Is that okay or too expensive?

Ask about flat rates for the whole house. Finished. Gross.

Ok. The house has a floor area of 10 x 14.50 m and has a basement apartment as well as a finished attic.

All together: approx. €13,500 gross

Included are 80 sqm of design flooring and 33 sqm of laminate.

I almost have the impression that the price is too low to get good quality as well as acceptable processing?

There are far too many details missing, such as the flooring and the total m² of wall and floor area. Design flooring is vinyl. It is available as "click" for ~17€/m² or fully glued (which is what the floor preparation suggests).

€6.-/sqm for laying, i.e. about €70.- for a whole children's room, for example. You can send me the phone number; I'll take it too. At least this position is practically free.

I wouldn't hesitate there either.
