Are there still subsidies for new buildings?

I just read (I don’t know if I am allowed to give a source, so I will leave it out for now) that the relevant ministries have announced that applications to the state development bank will no longer be approved. Energy-efficient construction is no longer to be supported because new guidelines first have to be developed. The background is, among other things, the high number of applications this month. Allegedly, there is also no money for renovations. Does anyone know more details? I haven’t quite understood it yet.

That is probably a slap in the face for everyone who is currently planning.

Until 31.01. it is stated for months and one week before it is discontinued, wtf?

Does anyone know more details? I haven't quite understood it yet.

It also says, "In view of the provisional budget management, KfW had to stop the program today with immediate effect." What I want to say about that, I am not allowed to write, otherwise I will receive my final warning and will no longer be allowed to participate here.
