Are there smoke detectors with radio communication or notifications sent to the mobile phone?

We built the house and live on the ground floor ourselves. There is a granny flat on the upper floor, but the resident is rarely there. The other half of the upper floor is a multipurpose room. Among other things, the inverter and the storage of our photovoltaic system are housed there. In this room, there is a "normal" smoke detector that is supposed to beep in case of danger. However, this is of little use since presumably no one would hear it. What options are there to install a smoke detector there that, in case of danger, ideally sends a notification to the phone so that one can still react when not at home?

...what kind of soundproofing do you have? When we test the detectors here once a year, they can be heard throughout the entire house and across the property. You simply can’t overlook it by accident.

Available from all major manufacturers. Wireless networked detectors. They all start the same way. Or together with a gateway, alarm notification to the mobile phone.
