Are the kitchen countertops coated on the wall side?

Hello everyone, I am looking for a countertop for a bar. The side edges should of course also be covered with the appropriate decorative material. My question is whether this is the case with the countertops from Ikea or if they basically only have the wood decorative surface at the front and not on the wall side? Thanks for your help!

At least with the Personlig countertops, you can specify which edges of the countertop should be finished with which edgings according to your needs. I don't know how it is with the finished countertops.

ok, I can’t find the Personlig countertops on the website at all. But I assume they have to be ordered first!?

Basically, I actually meant the countertops from the Prägel series.

These are only edged on the front side. But there is still a piece in the packaging. Otherwise, customer service can order more. However, it takes longer because these have to be ordered from Sweden.

Mav, you are mistaken.

The standard worktops are ALWAYS glued all around. With Prägel, the front is rounded and the rest is laminated straight, and ADDITIONALLY there is edging in the package to reseal any possibly cut edges. With Numerär (except for solid wood), a polypropylene edge is glued all around again and there are also two extra pieces inside, although not as thick as the originals, but you don't notice if you don't know. Numerär worktops are especially good as table tops or counter solutions.
