Are the costs for the double garage set too high?

Until now, I have always been a silent reader, but now I do have a question for you.

We are currently planning the construction of a single-family house in solid construction as well as an adjacent double garage.

At the moment, I am looking for indications/opinions regarding the price of the planned garage.
The builders we have approached so far have always estimated costs for the double garage between €23,000 and €24,000.

The garage was listed in one of the offers, for example, as follows:

- Precast concrete garage 5.99m x 5.99m with flat roof, filled with earth up to approx. 1.30m high on 2 sides
- Sectional door
- 1x window 1.00m x 0.80m
- 2 alternating current sockets
- 1 power socket 16 amps
- Complete including all earth and foundation work

As I said, as a layman, I am really unsure whether these prices can be "right."
Of course, I will also contact various manufacturers directly to gradually obtain comparisons, but I wanted to ask you in advance what one should roughly budget for such a garage. Is the mentioned price realistic, or does the garage become so expensive because of the earth pressure (filling on 2 sides) and the earthworks?

as I understand from the offer text, these are 2 prefabricated garages that will be subjected to earth pressure.
In principle, the offer price seems very high to me.
Is the garage attached to the house, so that additional deep foundation measures might be necessary?
But even then, it is still a very high price.

We were offered such a garage by two major providers for just under €20,000, but without earth pressure. We were then able to reduce the price by another €3,000. Prefabricated garages are currently as overpriced as kitchens.

The offer with nearly €24,000 was from Kemmler. As I said, I have also inquired with other manufacturers, but unfortunately have not yet received any feedback. Of course, I would still have to negotiate accordingly. Since the price offered so far went through the developer, they probably have little own interest to negotiate the price further...

But if I could save about €3,000 in total as well, that would already be a considerable amount.

Hello, we had the same issue. And we have now decided on a really nice carport with photovoltaics on the roof. It only costs us a total of €12,000. Maybe that is an alternative.

we also received an offer from our construction company for a Kemmler double garage for 25,000, and that is too expensive for us. I am currently searching online for something cheaper and came across [Discount-Garagen]. They have very tempting prices, but these are not precast concrete garages but steel garages with exterior plaster. Has anyone already ordered such a garage? How is the quality?
We have calculated an offer for a Superior double garage (5.85m wide and 5.95m long) there and selected all additional options, and we come to a price of about €10,500.
What do you think, is such a garage worth it?
