Last year, we took out a financing with a French bank that seems sensationally good to us: a full repayment loan over 25 years at 3.7% interest, repayment can be made at any time free of charge in any amount (minimum 2,000 euros). We were served quickly and comparatively unbureaucratically.
A neighbor recommended the bank to us, otherwise we would have continued struggling with stubborn German banks.
