Are French banks better for financing?

Last year, we took out a financing with a French bank that seems sensationally good to us: a full repayment loan over 25 years at 3.7% interest, repayment can be made at any time free of charge in any amount (minimum 2,000 euros). We were served quickly and comparatively unbureaucratically.

A neighbor recommended the bank to us, otherwise we would have continued struggling with stubborn German banks.

Isn't that a top offer? Why is something like this so little known?

Thank you for the tip.
From Karlsruhe, the route across the border is not that far.

Language barriers? Very good French is already necessary, isn’t it?

Great, what can I say. My user was banned because I wanted to be friendly and looked up a link.

But this is a strange way to interact here...
