Are deeper shelves for Ikea Besta available?

is it possible to get deeper shelves for the wall shelving system Besta? The background is that with open shelves that are followed below by a closed one, there is a gap between the door and the shelf. The reason is that the shelves of the Besta shelving system do not align flush with the front of the shelf...

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything on the Ikea website - or did I search incorrectly?

You are right, unfortunately it is like that. You can install the boards flush at the front or flush at the back - but there will always be a gap.

Since the gap is then at the back, I don't find it so problematic. You can't see it when things are on the shelf. You can also do something from below against the board to prevent dust, but I haven't had any problems with dust from above so far, because there is directly another shelf above it and it is just at the back on the wall.

Well, I don't find the gap that bad. If it's at the back, you can't see anything. I have such spacers in anyway, so the dust doesn’t stand a chance.
