Are click vinyl floors suitable for bathrooms?

I simply think vinyl floors are great and would also like wood-look flooring in the bathroom. Does anyone have experience with click vinyl floors in the bathroom? Is it a real alternative to classic tiles? Since I don't have underfloor heating, another advantage would be not having to lay cold tiles. I'm just skeptical about water puddles. Not that something might still seep through the joints or something??
