Hello everyone,

we would like to have a tender for the cellar (a total of 4 cellars, as it is a building community) prepared by an architect. What costs for the cellar tender would one usually expect? The architect is charging €5,000, which seems quite high to me at first glance.

I assume that he means 4 cellars at 5000 euros each, meaning the architect would charge a total of 20000 euros.

Just from gut feeling... it always depends on the production costs. Without measurements etc. it will be difficult to assess this.

But from my previous experience as a layman, I don't find the price completely unrealistic.

For comparison: For the tender + participation in the awarding process, we only paid about 2,300 EUR for an entire (large) single-family house. 20,000 EUR would be pure rip-off...

I withdraw my text. I did not read the word [Ausschreibung] and instead somehow thought of complete planning.

Now it is actually only about an LP, right?

It's really just about the tendering, obtaining offers, and comparing offers for 4 cellars. The total price for this is €5,000. I just wanted to get a sense of whether this is market standard.

I don't know how the €2,300 for the planning of an entire house comes about, but if it is billed according to HOAI, then it must be a very inexpensive house, if "planning" means phases 1 to 9.
