Anyone has experience with Bauknecht induction cooktop?

we are currently planning our kitchen.

Does anyone of you have experience with the induction cooktops from Bauknecht?
Specifically the Bauknecht CTDI K840 CNE with integrated downdraft extractor?

had a washing machine from Bauknecht. long story. got my money back. wouldn’t brake for a manager from Bauknecht anymore.

Lasted less than a year, no one was responsible, terrible service, everything drags on forever. 6 months and 4 appointments at my place. dozens of emails and calls, stood in the store 6 times.

Oh that really doesn't sound good. Then I'll look for an alternative.

Certainly an isolated case. But the customer service that had to fix it was absolutely terrible.
