Hello, can anyone give me tips on how to make my house allergy-friendly? Are there, for example, certain ventilation systems, better allergy-friendly carpet or laminate (so far I have had better results with carpets), is underfloor heating useful or rather harmful, are there certain things to consider that I haven't thought of yet? I am a severe allergy sufferer and follow most guidelines very strictly, such as avoiding certain foods, taking the right medication, using allergy-friendly bedding and allergy-friendly mattress covers, so the basics, but what you need to consider directly during construction and furnishing, I have no idea about so far. Any suggestions or helpful links?

Hello,

for a reason unknown to me, my response to you from yesterday has disappeared.

Take a look at this page: daab.de
As a starting point, you should find competent information there; as far as I know, the DAAB also has branches nationwide, so you can arrange a personal meeting.

Kind regards

Building low-allergen or free would also be preferable. But which manufacturer is suitable for this?? I appreciate EVERY PM. Because some prefab house companies that heavily advertise this are not necessarily good... unfortunately, we have had to find out...

Hello allergy sufferers,
there are so-called allergy-friendly houses, which are then built from biological and health-friendly building materials. If you already have a house and want to make it more allergy-friendly, I would recommend, for example, a liquid wallpaper, which is currently very popular. Just Google ... that's how I also found some good tips on allergy houses, you can click through it. Otherwise, all the best!
