All windows were installed 3 cm too far inward. Consequences?

Good day. A roller shutter installer explained to me that all windows in our new building (2 years old) were installed about 3 cm too far inside. Therefore, there is a gap of about 2.5 cm between the roller shutter profile and the cover... The construction (apartment building) has a warranty of 5 years. What use is a warranty if the window was installed incorrectly? The apartment was purchased turnkey from the developer. It is now difficult to realign the window... Is there any other disadvantage besides the distance between the window and roller shutter not fitting? Thank you very much

I would probably replace the brush seals with longer ones where roller shutters are rarely lowered (bathroom or similar). Where there is daily movement in the roller shutter box, I do not see a significant risk of nesting.
