Alexa announcement over Ring cameras

Hello everyone, do we have a few smart home experts here? I would like to play an automated text from Alexa through the camera when motion is detected by a Ring outdoor camera. For example, if a person is detected at night, Alexa should say "Object is alarm secured" through the speaker of the camera. The cameras have motion and person detection. So they can report exactly when a person comes. It can't get any more interesting than that. They break in everywhere nowadays. There is a Quick Reply, but unfortunately only for the smart doorbells. I imagine it like "Bauwatch," where you also get an automatic announcement if you climb over the fence.
