Hello everyone,

I plan to build a solid house with Kfw 70. Outside masonry 36.5 cm Ytong. Approximately 230 sqm underfloor heating, a wood stove, air-to-water heat pump, and controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery. My question is, which heat pump is the best solution for me. e.g. Novelan LA 14 RX (advantage is the cooling function), Vaillant geoTHERM or from Viessmann. Many people have written bad experiences about Viessmann but I wanted to get some tips from you. Which controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery (central), has anyone had experience with PLUGGIT or should I rather take another brand?

Later, an 8 kWp photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof.

Thanks in advance

Well, that's rather a matter of belief...

Pluggit is, for example, too expensive for me...

As said...the systems differ only minimally whether from manufacturer A, B, or C...all move air from A to B...

The difference actually lies only in the extras...e.g.:

- Control (e.g. number of preprogrammed ventilation levels)
- Enthalpy heat exchanger or simple heat recovery
- Plastic or metal ducts
- with/without bypass
- with/without heating rod
- Control elements FB etc. and/or the web server

and then also the housing shape, meaning installation options, etc.

then you can also consider whether you want to install a ground heat exchanger or brine heat exchanger, or cooling for the summer, etc.

So first just look at what you need/want in additional functions and then you can talk about everything else...meaning manufacturers will gradually exclude themselves...

As a combination unit: Stiebel Eltron LWZ 403. What we have found: heating and heating installer should be compatible. If the installer builds something like this for the first time, it can take longer and lead to mistakes. Therefore: talk to the heating specialist you trust when it comes to choosing the type. That could possibly make the final difference.

I did not read above that you want an enthalpy device. That means pumping moist air into the living spaces in winter. In some systems, the heat exchangers can simply be replaced by enthalpy exchangers.
