Air heating Kampa prefabricated house 2008

we would like to buy a Kampa prefabricated house, built in 2008, with an air heating system in Kassel. We are somewhat concerned about noise pollution, especially in the living room or bedroom. Are there any experiences regarding this? Is it possible to modernize the 2008 system in such a way that noise pollution remains minimal or is completely avoided? Or would it be better to install underfloor heating right away?

If the system is correctly adjusted, noise should not be an issue.

Have it demonstrated to you in the house. Currently, it is quite cool at night, so in the morning you can actually let the device heat well.

And ask to see the electricity bill. Are there any alternative heating systems?
