Hello everyone,
we are currently planning the house construction. The floor plan is set. Now we are planning the heating. The question has come up whether we should design the extraction/fan of the air heat pump towards the neighbor. Please note, the technical room is on the boundary with the neighbor. Does anyone know if this is allowed?
Alternative: Are there also air heat pumps where the extraction and fan do not operate around a corner, but are positioned one above the other in the same direction?
Thanks and regards

I don't think so. What is questionable to me is whether the TK room is even allowed to be on the boundary... apart from the permission the neighbor gave you for the extension. But your planner should know that (hopefully)

Hello YPG,

in RLP, a boundary construction of the technical room is permitted without consent.

With the exception that no open fireplace is installed.
