Air heat pump and underfloor heating cost realistic???

We are planning kwf 70.
150 m2, two full floors, and we need an air heat pump because there is no gas in the street.
In any case, we are not getting any offers; all companies are overwhelmed.

One offer is available: just under 39,000 for the air heat pump and installation of underfloor heating and complete pipework in the house.
That seems very expensive to us, as about 30,000 was discussed. Now we have the financing appointment tomorrow and have no figure to estimate these costs.

All other offers are still pending.
Is 39,000 realistic?

I think around 30K€ wouldn't be far off. But it also depends on the heat pump, the region, etc., and ultimately it doesn't help you to mourn the prices of others.

39,000€ seems a bit much to me. We are building a single-family house with 220sqm plus basement in an expensive region (Munich). Our offers for an air heat pump and underfloor heating ranged between 33,000€ and 35,000€. However, as Alex85 already writes, it is hardly possible to directly compare such things. As you write, the companies can pick and choose with you, so of course it is difficult to get a good offer (take it or leave it). But I would definitely set the 39,000€ for the financing. If it turns out cheaper, that's great; if not, it won't tear a hole in your financing plan.

It is too expensive, even in Munich you pay less. In BW with me too, let's set it at 30,000. Regards

I also think to budget 30,000, then we might have a buffer.
