Hello everyone,
for our new build, single-family house 1 1/2 stories, 130m² + basement, the question now arises which heating variant we would like.
House according to Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 (KFW 70), masonry in sand-lime brick, exterior walls 17.5 + mineral wool as insulation + facing bricks
The house will have underfloor heating in the bathroom on the ground floor and upper floor, plus an additional radiator.
Two variants were offered to us
Variant 1: air/exhaust air heat pump with separate hot water storage tank
Variant 2: air heat pump as a compact split unit (the evaporator is installed outside) from the company Rotex
