Agricultural land - What possibilities?

Assuming I would receive an agricultural area from my parents, what options do I have to be allowed to build a house there? What requirements must the property meet? I google a lot but just can’t make sense of it, I hope someone can help me or send a good link.

Building in the open countryside is almost impossible. Do you only get [Acker] for free, or is the [Hof] included as well?

Only the field, my brother will take over the farmyard. There is no space for another residential building on the farmyard property.

Terms like "Aussiedlerhof" (heard somewhere) or somewhere I came across something that if a field separates the village (village -> public road with field and at the end of the road there is a second part of the same village) there is also a possibility? As I said, I have no idea and don't really know what to google for.

Ask your building authority. But it sounds like a 35 area (Paragraph 35 of the Building Code). Take a look at the law, it will take away many of your hopes.
