Hey guys, my wife and I want to build at the beginning of next year and we have seen that what we want to build costs more than we want to pay. 6 months to build the shell? I estimated a maximum construction time of 4 months. I am getting professional help. I have 2 construction professionals available for a few weeks and I have one month of vacation and I am super motivated and ready for 10-hour days.

6 months to build the shell?

Not for the shell. For the house. You don't have to rely on kits just for the shell. It works with any material. For example, sand-lime bricks (plan bricks), which are delivered tailor-made for the house and just need to be built (but the craftsmen do that too). Saving a little on masonry won't make you rich – it only takes a few days for the masons anyway.
