Hello everyone,

I am possibly planning to buy a house that was built on a slab, so without a basement. Unfortunately, there is only one connection for a toilet at one end of the house. The house would be completely renovated (core renovation). A toilet at the other end of the building is also planned. There is already a dedicated inspection shaft on the property, located about 10 meters from the site of the new toilet.

Question: Under the given conditions, is it possible to have a new connection laid for a toilet? I am aware that this can only be said with 100% certainty on site. But would it be generally feasible?

Thank you very much for your advice

Ultimately, it is all a question of time and money. To answer your question, IMHO at least the following would help: a top view sketch with dimensions, a cross-section sketch through the floor slab with dimensions and information about building materials. It should be clear where the current toilet is, where the second toilet is supposed to go, where the inspection shaft is, etc. ... Perhaps you will then receive the answers that help you further ...

Well, I simply answered the question.
I hope, wisely, that no question about the costs was asked.
