Hello,

we are currently thinking about the possible monthly additional costs that will arise in our new home.

What would be the average costs for a house with a granny flat, inhabited by 5 people and with a heating system consisting of a gas condensing boiler + solar.

Area distributed over 2 floors around 200 sqm.

Best regards

Hello,

you can't say that exactly because it very much depends on your personal habits.
For me, the heating is usually turned off in March, at least during the day because our house is very warm.
But I think you should expect around 100 euros for the heating.

Hi,
if you want to keep the costs low, you have to pay attention to the temperature in the individual rooms. A bedroom should not be more than 17° while the living room should already have 20°. It is best to install a thermometer in each room.

Hello,

don't you first have to heat up a new building? To get the moisture out?

Best regards

Hello, in the first year you will have higher heating costs because all the moisture has to come out first. So heat well and air out a lot, if you follow this advice you will have nice dry walls and no problems with mold or anything like that. Balser

Hello everyone,

I am new here and also new to the field of building a home. ;)

My wife and I are planning to build a semi-detached house and we would now also like to start thinking about the time after construction. For our planning, it is of course interesting to know roughly what costs will remain permanently. In addition to the loan, there are still the ongoing costs for the house as a burden.

We have now learned that you have to calculate about 2 €/m² (+ 0.5 €/m² for maintenance and repairs). Now my question: Do these 2 €/m² include ALL other costs, or do I, for example, have to additionally calculate insurances...? How realistic is this value?

It is a house with gas condensing technology and solar thermal for the drinking water. Living and usable area: 200 m². I would now assume normal usage behavior.

Thank you very much in advance!! :)
Regards,

Mark

And then another addendum: By ALL costs I also mean telephone, household insurance, liability insurance...
