Good evening everyone,

Our project is slowly taking shape and now the budget needs to become more precise. Currently, I have three offers from a solid house manufacturer as well as from a general contractor and a construction company/general contractor. What they all have in common is that a gas condensing boiler with solar support is included in the construction service description. To realistically estimate the additional cost, I am looking for experiences on how much more I should expect to pay for a ground source heat pump with probe drilling before deducting the BAFA subsidy.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thank you very much!!

Depends.

For example, how much your contractors have estimated for the gas condensing boiler, whether the gas connection will actually be installed, whether the FBG is also designed for low supply temperature with the gas condensing boiler and therefore does not need to be modified.

Then the soil conditions, the heating load, and many other factors determine how much more expensive a brine heat pump would be.

Last but not least, the basic willingness of the BU to install it at all.

The search function provides quite good points of reference.

I would ask the three providers for exactly this item! We inquired about the costs of all items available and were thus able to quite well calculate our total house costs using the modular system. Most providers work with flat rates from a list :)

Thank you! I have also noticed the flat rates. Otherwise, it is probably also unmanageable for the providers, the offer rate should not be more than 50%. For this reason, from a certain point on, one has to choose a provider. I had hoped someone would say 10,000 and that’s it.

Brine-water heat pump drilling ~ 7-10 K€ (depending on kW offer etc. pp.)
Heating ~ 8-9 K€
Bafa -4.5 K€

Gas condensing boiler ~ 2-4 K€ (?)
Gas connection ~ 2.5 K€
Solar ~ 2 K€ (?)

So about 15-16 K€ for brine-water heat pump, if Bafa works out, and 8 K€ for gas. Very very rough estimates - please correct me.
