Hello everyone,

I have "inherited" a room (approx. 6x6m) with a finished floor slab (condition: still raw or untreated). The surface is, well, uneven with depressions and elevations of about 1-2cm (plus or minus), which I believe is generally common. Now I would like to install 2 floor drains roughly in the middle of the room, dividing it into thirds. The KG pipes for this are even already available :) Afterwards, I would like to seal the surface because of industrial use with partly heavy equipment. My preferred option would be: leveling compound, epoxy with color, and possibly flakes. Alternatively, grinding, polishing, and sealing. Tiles are out of the question. Considering a slight slope towards the floor drains, which option would you recommend, or would you skip the slope and use a rubber squeegee? (Accumulated water is rather rarely expected)

Thanks and regards
