Hello experts,
I want to replace an old radiator in our house and wonder if I can build onto the pipes visible in the pictures using appropriate adapters? A standard replacement radiator will be installed. According to my research, there are special black pipe adapters that can be mounted onto the threads for new connections. Is there anything to consider regarding the material of the adapters (contact corrosion of materials)? How would you make the connection? Unfortunately, the supply and return pipes are not parallel, so I cannot shorten the supply pipe to install a two-pipe valve block. Nevertheless, I would like to install a single block if possible. Do you have any tips for me?
Best regards
Torsten
