3D kitchen planner account locked :-(

Hello dear people,

does anyone have experience with a locked kitchen planner account?
My account was just locked due to too many incorrect entries. :oops:

Now I really need to access my planned kitchen, as the purchase date is approaching.

I really hope for your help. Maybe there is someone among you who knows who I can contact.
