2 core drillings, is that bad?

Hello everyone,

tomorrow 2 core drillings will be carried out at my place for the controlled residential ventilation. The gentleman couldn't get through, a wet core drilling has to be carried out.

I already asked my builder, he said I should ask my structural engineer.

I can't reach him at the moment.

Question:

Is it problematic for structural reasons?
